Update Gender of Employee via Employee Settings
Use Employee Settings in the Employee Settings submodule in the Settings module to update the gender information of selected employee accounts.
To use Employee Settings in the Employee Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To update the gender information of a selected employee account:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the employee account for which you want to edit the settings.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .
- Scroll down or use the Search field to find the employee account that you want to update.
- In the Gender column, double-click the cell to select an option.
