Change Default Price Lists of Clients

Use the Client Default Price List tab under the Price Lists submodule to change the default price lists of clients.

To use Price Lists in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To change the default price list of a client:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the client default price list that you want to change.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Price Lists.
4. Click the Client Default Price List tab.
5. Highlight the client whose default price list you want to change.
6. Double-click on the corresponding Price List field and use the drop-down list to select a new default price list.
