Use Agent Type 57 - Add Reminder on Each Expired Active Task to Conversation List to send a reminder when a task reaches its end date but is still active in the WorkBook system.

This agent adds a reminder to the task conversation as if it came from the user who is responsible for the task and is visible to all subscribed users. An example of the reminder is:

Task completion date has been exceeded. Deadline is: Task end date
