Enable Active Status of Residual Cost Codes

Use Residual Cost Codes in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to enable the active status of residual cost codes.

To use Residual Cost Codes in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To enable the active status of a residual cost code:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the residual cost code for which you want to enable the active status.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Finance > Residual Cost Codes.
4. Highlight the residual cost code for which you want to enable the active status. and select the Active check box.
