Delete HMRC VAT Return Approver Roles

Use the HMRC VAT Return Approval submodule to delete HMRC VAT return approver roles.

To use HMRC VAT Return Approval in the Approval submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete a HMRC VAT return approver role:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to delete a HMRC VAT return approver role.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Approvals > HMRC VAT Return Approval.
4. Highlight the HMRC VAT return approver role that you want to delete and on the grid toolbar, click Delete Selected Item .
5. In the confirmation dialog box, click Delete.
