Show Material Entry Conversations in your Inbox

Use the Material Entry Approval submodule to show material entry conversations in your inbox.

To use Material Entry Approval, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To show a material entry conversation in your inbox:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Approval > Material Entry Approval.
3. Highlight the material entry of the conversation that you want to show in your inbox and on the side toolbar of the right pane, click Material Conversation.
4. Click Show the conversation options and select Show in inbox.
   Note: If you are in the conversation, you will have access to it in your inbox.
