Search for Residual Cost Codes

Use Residual Cost Codes in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to search for residual cost codes.

To use Residual Cost Codes in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for a residual cost code:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the residual cost code for which you are looking.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Finance > Residual Cost Codes.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the Search Grid field to enter a keyword that is associated with the residual cost code.
