System Variable 141: Allow Advanced Users Unlimited Access to Move Hours

Use this System Variable to determine if an Advanced User can move hours between jobs.

This System Variable is enabled by default. When it is enabled, Advanced Users can move hours between two jobs without encountering an error message.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
