System Variable 792: Enable Ticket Coupon Handling

Use this System Variable to determine if the ticket coupon handling system should be used on jobs.

This System Variable is enabled by default. When it is enabled, WorkBook adds the Coupon Jobs field in Jobs > Job Properties Sidebar > Basic Job Settings.

Coupons are used when a specific number of hours is pre-sold to a client and the Project Manager should be notified when the used time on a job reaches or exceeds the pre-sold invoiced amount. This can be based on the sales value of the hours or the actual number of hours.

Note: This System Variable requires Agent Type 70 - Notification: Job Ticket Coupon, Consumption Reaches or Exceeds Clips to be set up.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
