Update Company Job Dimensions
Use the Multi-Update tab in Job Dimension Update in the Export, Import, & Maintenance submodule under Finance & Administration to update Company job dimensions.
To use Job Dimension Update in the Export, Import, & Maintenance submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To update a Company job dimension:

On the main toolbar, click
Finance & Administration
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company that contains the job dimension that you want to update.
- In the left pane of the Finance & Administration page, click .
- Click the Multi-Update tab.
- Use the corresponding selectors and drop-down lists to select the appropriate options for the job dimensions.
- If applicable, select the Overwrite Existing Dimension Value on Job and Remove Existing Dimension Value if No Default Selected check boxes.
- Click Update.
