Update Company Job Dimensions

Use the Multi-Update tab in Job Dimension Update in the Export, Import, & Maintenance submodule under Finance & Administration to update Company job dimensions.

To use Job Dimension Update in the Export, Import, & Maintenance submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To update a Company job dimension:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company that contains the job dimension that you want to update.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration page, click Export, Importm & Maintenance > Job Dimension Update.
  4. Click the Multi-Update tab.
  5. Use the corresponding selectors and drop-down lists to select the appropriate options for the job dimensions.
  6. If applicable, select the Overwrite Existing Dimension Value on Job and Remove Existing Dimension Value if No Default Selected check boxes.
  7. Click Update.
