Hide Low-Priority Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need

Use Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to hide low-priority tasks with not fully booked capacity need.

To use Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To hide low-priority tasks with not fully booked capacity need:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need.
3. On the grid toolbar, select the Hide Low-Priority check box.
4. To display low-priority tasks with not fully booked capacity need again, deselect the Hide Low-Priority check box.
