Display Revision History of Job Briefings

Use the Briefing submodule to display the revision history of job briefings.

To use the Briefing, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To display the revision history of a job briefing:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the briefing whose revision history you want to display.
3. On the side toolbar, click Briefing.
4. Click the Briefing tab.
5. Click Edit the briefing and click Revisions to display the brief's revision history.
   Alternatively, click Show the briefing revisions .
6. If you want to hide the revision history, click Revisions and Edit the briefing again.
   Alternatively, click Show the briefing revisions again.
