Edit Job Closure Posting Options

Use Job Closure Posting in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to edit job closure posting options.

To use Job Closure Posting Options in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To edit job closure posting options:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company thta contains the job closure posting options that you want to edit.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Finance > Job Closure Posting Options.
  4. Use the corresponding drop-down lists to make changes to the job closure posting options.
