Rename Databoard Views

Use Databoards in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to rename databoard views.

To use Databoards in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To rename a databoard view:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the databoard view that you want to rename.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Advanced Tools > Databoards.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the databoard that has the view that you want to rename.
5. Click the View tab and click the databoard view that you want to rename.
6. On the tab toolbar, click and select Rename Databoard View.
7. In the Rename Databoard View dialog box, enter a new name for the databoard view and click OK.
