Download a Briefing Attachment as a ZIP File

Use the Tasks submodule to download briefing attachments as ZIP files.

To use Tasks, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To download a task briefing attachment as a ZIP file:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Jobs List and highlight the job associated with the task whose briefing attachment you want to download.
3. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Tasks.
4. On the Tasks page, click the Tasks tab.
5. In the grid, highlight the task whose briefing attachment you want to download and click Task Settings on the tab toolbar.
6. On the Task card, click the Briefing side toolbar and click the Briefing Attachments tab.
7. Highlight the file that you want to download and click Download as ZIP on the tab toolbar.
