System Variable 854: Should the System Prompt the User if the Job Folder Should Be Renamed When a Job Is Renamed

Use this System Variable to determine whether or not WorkBook should prompt users before renaming job folders.

You can select any of the following options for this setting:

• 1 - No, do not change the folder name
• 2 - Yes, but ask the user to change the folder name
• 3 - Automatic, just change the folder name if possible

The default value for this setting is 3 - Automatic, just change the folder name if possible.
