Edit Names of Price Quote Material Calculations

Use the Price or Materials submodule to edit the names of price quote material calculations of selected jobs.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To use the Materials submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To edit the name of a price quote material calculation:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote material calculation whose name you want to edit.
3. Take one of the following actions:
   • On the side toolbar, click Price and click the Material Calculation tab.
   • On the side toolbar, click Materials.
4. Use the drop-down list to select the material calculation whose name you want to edit.
5. Click Change name .
6. In the Change Material Calculation Name dialog box, make the necessary edits to the name of the material calculation and click OK.
7. Click Refresh .
