Toggle Active State of Resources

Use Resource Approval in the Approval submodule in the Tasks module to toggle the active state of resources.

To use Resource Approval, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To toggle the active state of a resource:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Approval > Resource Approval.
3. On the grid toolbar, click 10 - Under Preparation .
4. Highlight the resource for which you want to toggle the active state and click Toggle Resource Active State .
5. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
