Edit System Variables

Use the System Variables submodule to edit the different system variables.

To use the System Variables submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To edit a system variable:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the system variable that you want to edit.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Global System Settings > System Variables.
4. In the middle pane, click on any of the system variable categories and in the right pane, enter or select the applicable option for the system variable that you want to edit.
