Delete Monthly Checklist Items

Use Monthly Checklist in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to delete monthly checklist items.

To use Monthly Checklist in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete a monthly checklist item:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company from which you want to delete a monthly checklist item.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Finance > Monthly Checklist.
  4. Highlight the monthly checklist item that you want to delete, and on the grid toolbar, click Delete Row .
    Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the monthly checklist item immediately.
