Search for Resource Approval Tasks

Use Resource Approval in the Approval submodule in the Tasks module to search for resource approval tasks.

To use Resource Approval, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for a resource approval task:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Approval > Resource Approval.
3. On the grid toolbar, click 10 - Under Preparation or 20 - Awaiting Approval , as applicable.
4. Use the Search field to enter a keyword that is associated with the resource approval task.
