Use the Net Revenue Forecast submodule under the General Ledger module to create, review, update, and/or approve net revenue forecasts. To use the Net Revenue Forecast submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

Use the Revenue Forecast submodule under the General Ledger module to create revenue forecasts. - Update a Revenue Forecast
Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can update revenue forecasts in the Revenue Forecast submodule. Normally, you run the revenue forecast after closing a certain month. However, in cases where you performed new transactions after creating the revenue forecast, such as additional finance postings or time entries, it is advisable to update the forecast to get accurate numbers even if the month is not yet closed. - Review and Approve Revenue Forecasts for Selected Clients
Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can review and approve revenue forecasts for selected clients in the Revenue Forecast submodule. You can also use this option to change the net revenue forecast status of individual clients. The reviewers are determined by the selected revenue forecast method. In addition, you can change the reviewer per job or pipeline activity in the RF Responsible column in the bottom grid. - Approve Revenue Forecasts for All Clients
Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can include include all clients when approving a revenue forecast in the Revenue Forecast submodule. This option also locks the revenue forecast from further modifications. You cannot change the status of a locked revenue forecast. - Activate or Deactivate a Revenue Forecast

Depending on your in WorkBook, you can publish or unpublish revenue forecasts in the Revenue Forecast submodule. - Add a Financial Budget to a Revenue Forecast
Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can add financial budgets to revenue forecasts in the Revenue Forecast submodule. For example, when you want to compare the revenue forecast for a specific period to the financial budget for the same period. Financial budgets are created in the Financial Budget submodule under General Ledger in Finance & Administration. - Remove a Financial Budget from a Revenue Forecast
Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can remove financial budgets from revenue forecasts. - Recalculate a Forecast Budget
Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can recalculate forecast budgets as needed. For example, when you want to compare the revenue forecast for a specific period to the financial budget for the same period. To ensure that you are comparing your revenue forecasts with up-to-date financial budgets, you must recalculate the budgets on a regular basis. - Recalculate the Inter-company Values
If your revenue forecast includes jobs with inter-company resources and costs, you need to update the values on a regular basis.
