Ticket List
Use the Ticket List submodule to view the list of tickets for a selected resource or resource group.
To use the Ticket List submodule, you must have access to Scheduling as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.
The Ticket List submodule allows you to view and manage the tickets assigned to a specific resource or resource group. You can open the task card for each ticket, which can be displayed in a subgrid or a sidebar, depending on your preference. You can mark tickets as done directly from the grid. You can also filter by resource, period, booked capacity, ticket status, and comment type.
As with most WorkBook submodules, you can use the Search field to find specific ticket items.
