Create Translations of Notification Email Text Messages

Use the Notification Email Texts submodule to create translations of notification email text messages.

To use the Notification Email Texts submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To create a translation for a notification email text message:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company for which you want to create a translation for a notification email text message.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Notification Email Texts.
4. Use the Type drop-down list to select the notification email text message that you want to create a translation for.
5. Use the Language drop-down list to select the language translation that you want to create.
6. In the right pane, you can create the translated notification email text message from scratch.
   Alternatively, click Copy from Original to copy the text of the original notification email text message and make the necessary text and formatting edits from there.
