Reject Resources

Use Resource Approval in the Approval submodule in the Tasks module to reject resources.

To use Resource Approval, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To reject a resource:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Approval > Resource Approval.
3. On the grid toolbar, click 20 - Awaiting Approval .
4. Highlight the resource that you want to reject and click Reject Record(s) .
   Alternatively, click the corresponding Reject field.
5. In the Reject Resource dialog box, enter a rejection comment and click OK.
