Run Current Notification Processes

Use Conversation & Notification Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to run current notification processes.

To use Conversation & Notification Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To run a current notification process:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the notification process that you want to run.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Advanced Tools > Conversation & Notification Setup.
  4. Highlight the notification process that you want to run.
  5. On the grid toolbar, click and select Run Current Notification Process.
