Open Resource Cards of Account Managers of Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need

Use Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to open the resource carsd of Account Managers of tasks with not fully booked capacity need.

To use Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To open the resource card of the Account Manager of a task with not fully booked capacity need:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need.
  3. Highlight the task with not fully booked capacity need of the Account Manager whose resource card you want to open.
  4. Double-click on the corresponding Task Responsible field.
    WorkBook opens the Account Manager's resource card.
  5. Click Close .
