Search for Task Resource Completion Approver Roles

Use Task Resource Completion Approval in the Company Approvals submodule in the Settings module to search for task resource completion approver roles.

To use Task Resource Completion Approval, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for a task resource completion approver role:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the task resource completion approver role for which you are looking.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Approvals > Task Resource Completion Approval.
  4. On the grid toolbar, use the Search field to enter a keyword that is associated with the task resource completion approver role.
