System Variable 713: Disable User Account After X Days of Inactivity

Use this System Variable to specify the number of days a user account can be inactive before the account is disabled.

When a user's account has been disabled, that user must enter a new password to log in.

The default value for this System Variable is 90.

Note: Enter 0 (zero) for this System Variable to disable this functionality. This prevents WorkBook from disabling user accounts due to inactivity.
