System Variable 1115: Notification "172 - Expenditure Hours Exceeds Price Quote Hours on a Retainer Project" Trigger Percentage

Use this System Variable to specify a value that, when reached, triggers WorkBook to notify the relevant resource that the expenditure hours exceed Price Quote hours on a retainer project.

When you specify a value for this setting, WorkBook notifies the resource that is responsible for the retainer project that the hours used exceed the value specified. The notification is sent to the resource's inbox.

For example, if you set the value to 75, WorkBook will run this notification when 75% of the budget has been reached.

The default value for this setting is 75 (percentage).

Disable this setting by setting the value to 0 (zero).
