Add New VAT Code Combination Rates

Use VAT Settings in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to add new rates to selected VAT code combinations.

To use VAT Settings in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a new VAT code combination rate:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company to which you want to add a new VAT code combination rate.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Finance > VAT Settings.
4. Click the VAT Code Combinations tab and highlight the VAT code combination to which you want to add a new rate.
5. On the toolbar of the bottom grid, click Add VAT Code Combination Rate .
