Remove Job Request Templates

Use Contact New Job Request in the Contact submodule in the Settings module to remove job request templates.

To use Contact New Job Request in the Contacts submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To remove a job request template:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company from which you want to remove a job request template.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Contact > Contact New Job Request.
4. Highlight the job request template that you want to remove, and on the grid toolbar, click Remove Selected Template .
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook removes the job request template immediately.
