Modify Number Formatting

You can change how numbers are formatted on reports.

To modify number formatting, complete the following steps:

1. Right-click a report cell that contains a value.
2. On the shortcut menu, click Number Format.

   You may have to format the Vision currency and percentage measures. For example, you might do this for items added to a project report from the Vision Earnings folder in the PivotTable Field List. Excel may not automatically format these Vision calculated fields.
