Set Up Alerts for Labor Billing Transfer Audit

Labor Billing Transfer Audit alerts are generated when a line item on a timesheet has hours that are transferred from one project, phase, task, or labor code to another through Interactive Billing or Interactive Approvals. You specify who receives the alert, when, and under what conditions.

Before you create Labor Billing Transfer Audit alert rules, you must:
  • Select the Enable Billing Transfer Audit option on the Timesheet Audit tab of Configuration > Time and Expense > Company Timesheet.
  • Create employee groups to which you apply the rule. See the Timesheet Configuration help for information on how to create groups.

To set up Labor Billing Transfer Audit alerts:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Configuration > General > Company Alerts.
  2. In the Folders field on the Alerts Configuration form, select Time.
  3. In the Alert field, select Labor Billing Transfer Audit.
  4. Select the Active option to enable the alert. If no rules exist for this alert, the Active option is disabled.
  5. Click Options to select an existing alert rule or to create a new rule. If a rule was already assigned to this alert, <options selected> displays in this field.
  6. To remove the option for this alert, delete <options selected>.
  7. Click Save.
