Consolidate Multiple Budgets

You can combine two or more GL budgets into one consolidated budget. If you have the same account specified in more than one budget, Vision combines the amounts into one line.

If you use Multicurrency, you can consolidate only those budgets that share the same functional currency.

Prerequisite: Open a General Ledger budget.

To create a consolidated budget, complete the following steps:

  1. On the General Ledger Budgeting form, click the Summarized tab. All accounts from the selected budgets display on the tab.
  2. In the Budgets to Consolidate column, select the budgets that you want to consolidate. The Budget grid updates to reflect the addition of the new budget.
