Use the settings on the Multiplier tab to determine which columns and rows display in the Multiplier grid on the Summary tab of Project Planning.
To display the Multiplier Summary on the Multiplier grid, select the
Show Multiplier Summary option.
Some of the columns and rows that display on this tab are determined by the
Enable Expenses, Enable Consultants, and
Enable Units options on the General Tab of Planning Configuration.

Multiplier Columns
The columns included in the Multiplier Summary grids depend on your setting in the
Budget Type field on the Rates tab of Project Planning. You may see cost columns, billing columns, or both.

To include a column in the Multiplier grid, click the
Show field. A check mark displays.

To clear a column, click the check box again. The check mark no longer displays and the box is empty.

Click the drop-down arrow on a grid header to complete any of the following actions:
- To print grid data, click
Print. On the Print Preview form, click
to send the grid data to your default printer.
- To export grid data to an Excel spreadsheet, click
Export to Excel. When Microsoft Excel opens, use its features to modify, print, or email the grid data, or to save the spreadsheet file locally.
- To turn on grouping for a grid, click
Enable Grouping. When a field displays with the instruction: "Drag a column header here to group by that column," drag and drop column headers into the field, in the sequence that you want them to display.
Not all options are available on all grids.

| Planned Multiplier

Select this option to display the planned multiplier for the current WBS element.

Select this option to display the effective multiplier for the current WBS element.

Select this option to display the Estimate at Completion multiplier for the current WBS element.
