Reduce Mileage To Be Less than Cost When Mileage is Billed as a Unit

If mileage is billed as a unit, you can reduce it through the Units Info Center.

To reduce mileage billed as a unit, complete the following steps:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Info Center > Units.
2. Create a new units table from the Units Info Center for this mileage exception. Click Info Center > Units to open the Units form and click New.  
3. Insert a new unit in the table and specify the appropriate rates in the Billing Rate and Cost per Unit fields. For example, enter a cost of .365/mile but enter a billing rate of .360/mile.
