Copy an Activity in the Info Center

You can copy an existing activity to schedule a new one in an Info Center.

To copy an activity in the Info Center, complete the following steps:

  1. Open an Info Center record.
  2. Click the Activities tab or, in the Employee Info Center, click the CRM Info tab.
  3. In the Activities grid, click the row that contains the activity that you want to copy.
  4. On the Activities grid toolbar, click Copy. The activity's  details are copied to a new row in the grid.
  5. In the new row, modify the activity details.
  6. Click Save to save and schedule the activity.
