Time and Expense Lookups

You can access lookups in the Time and Expense application to make it easier to enter timesheet and expense report data.

Lookups are available wherever you see .

Lookup Purpose How to Access
Select Employee Timesheet Select the timesheets that you want to open. This lookup is available to users with Group, Company, or System access to the Timesheet application. Click in the Search field on the Timesheet form.
Expense Report Select the expense reports that you want to open. This lookup is available to users with Group, Company, or System access to the Expense Report application. Click in the Search field on the Expense Report form.
Account Select the account number that you want to enter in the Account field of your expense report. Click in the Account field on the Expense Report form.
Employee Select the employee for whom you want to open an expense report. Click in the Employee field on the Expense Report Selection dialog box.
Project Select the project that you want to enter in the Project field of your timesheet or expense report. Click in the Project field on the Timesheet or Expense Report form.
Phase/Task Select the phase and/or task you want to enter in the Phase and/or Task fields of your timesheet or expense report. Click in the Phase or Task field on the Timesheet or Expense Report form.
Labor Code Select the labor code you want to enter in the Labor Code field on your timesheet. Click in the Labor Code field on the Timesheet form.
