You can associate lead records with marketing campaign records.

Example One

If you open the marketing campaign record for the Spring Healthcare Brochure and add Albert Balfour to the Leads tab:

• Albert Balfour — and related lead information — displays in the Leads grid on the Leads tab of the Spring Healthcare Brochure's marketing campaign record.

• Spring Healthcare Brochure — and related marketing campaign information — displays in the Marketing Campaigns grid on the Marketing Campaigns tab of Albert Balfour's lead record.

If you open the marketing campaign record for the Spring Healthcare Brochure and remove Albert Balfour from the Leads grid:

• Albert Balfour — and related lead information — no longer displays in the Leads grid on the Leads tab of the Spring Healthcare Brochure's marketing campaign record.

• Spring Healthcare Brochure — and related marketing campaign information — no longer displays in the Marketing Campaigns grid on the Marketing Campaigns tab of Albert Balfour's lead record.

Example Two

If you open the lead record for Albert Balfour and add Spring Healthcare Brochure to the Marketing Campaigns tab:

• Spring Healthcare Brochure — and related marketing campaign information—displays in the Marketing Campaigns grid on the Marketing Campaigns tab of Albert Balfour's lead record.

• Albert Balfour—and related lead information—displays in the Leads grid on the Leads tab of the Spring Healthcare Brochure's marketing campaign record.

If you open the lead record for Albert Balfour and remove Spring Healthcare Brochure from the Marketing Campaigns grid:

• Spring Healthcare Brochure — and related marketing campaign information — no longer displays in the Marketing Campaigns grid on the Marketing Campaigns tab of Albert Balfour's lead record.

• Albert Balfour — and related lead information — no longer displays in the Leads grid on the Leads tab of the Spring Healthcare Brochure's marketing campaign record.
