Reorder Rows and Columns in an Excel Report
You can reorder rows and columns in existing Excel PivotTable reports.
To reorder rows and columns, complete the following step:
In the
Row Labels,
Column Labels, or
Values area at the bottom of the PivotTable Field List, complete one of the following actions:
- Drag and drop fields within an area to reorder them.
- Click the down arrow beside a field name, and select one of the move options.
