Modify Billing Terms

You can modify existing billing terms at the project, phase, or task level.

To modify billing terms, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Billing > Billing Terms.
  2. On the Billing Terms form, open the project whose project, phase, or task terms you want to modify.  
    • To modify project terms, continue to step 3.
    • To modify phase terms, open the phase by clicking the WBS icon to the left of the project name, then clicking the phase name.
    • To modify task terms, open the task by clicking the WBS icon to the left of the project name, clicking the phase name, clicking the green sphere next to the appropriate phase, then clicking the task name.
  3. Update the billing information for the project, phase, or task on all of the tabs, beginning with the General tab.
  4. Click Save.
