Create and Save an Email Template (Save Personal Only)

If your Email Template Organizing security setting is Save Personal Only, you can save an email template for your own use in any future session. You can rename, modify, or delete any template that you create. You cannot create or modify templates in the Global Favorites folder.

To create and save a template, complete the following steps:

  1. On the toolbar of the Info Center form, click Email > Email Template.
  2. In the Folder Name field on the Email Templates dialog box, select the Personal Options folder.
  3. In the Save Name field, enter a name for your template.
  4. Complete the remaining fields on the dialog box.
  5. Click Save.
