| Item
|
This column displays the identifier for the inventory item.

| Description
|
This column displays the description of the item.
|
| Category
|
This column displays the category to which the item belongs (for example, Furniture, Phone, or Office Supplies).

| U/M
|
This column displays the unit of measure for the item (for example, each, box, case, or dozen).
|
| Reorder Quantity
|
This column displays the inventory level at which the item should be reordered.
If the quantity in the
Total Quantity column is equal to or less than this quantity, the report displays a suggested quantity to reorder.

| Quantity on Hand
|
This column displays the quantity of the item that is in inventory currently.
|
| Quantity on Req
|
This column displays the quantity of the item that is on purchase requisitions that are in progress, submitted, or approved, but that have not been rejected or closed.
|
| Quantity on Order
|
This column displays the quantity of the item that is on purchase orders that are in progress, submitted, or approved, but that have not been rejected or closed.
|
| Total Quantity
|
This column displays the total quantity of the item that is on hand, on submitted or approved purchase requisitions, or on submitted or approved purchase orders. (The quantity on hand does not include requested quantities or reserved quantities.)

| Suggested Req/Order Quantity
|
This column displays a suggested quantity to requisition or order.
This value is calculated as follows: (Reorder Quantity – Total Quantity)

| Quantity Requested
|
This column displays the total quantity of the item on in-progress and submitted item requests.
|
| Quantity Reserved
|
This column displays the total quantity of the item on approved item requests.
