Use the toolbar options to work with account group table records.

 New
|
After you click this option, select one of the following:

Select
New Account Group Table to create a new account group table record.

Select
 Copy Current Account Group Table to copy an existing record. You can then modify the copied record to create a new account group table.

Select
 Select Account Group Table to Copy to open the Account Group Table Lookup and select a table to copy. You can then modify the copied record to create a new account group table.

 Delete

Click this option to delete an Info Center record.

| Detail Group Names
|
Click this option to open the Detail Account Group Names lookup. This dialog box lists all detail account groups created on the Detail Account Group tab. You can also use this dialog box to edit or add account group names from the Account Group Table menu.

| Summary Group Names
|
Click this option to open the Summary Account Group Names lookup dialog box. This dialog box lists all summary account groups created on the Summary Account Group tab. You can also use this dialog box to edit or add account group names from the Account Group Table menu.
When you set up the account group tables, you associate each of the detail account groups with a summary, or parent, account group name.

 Print

When you print the Account Group Table List, the following are true:

If you establish two levels of account groups structure, you see data for both detail and summary account group tables.

The report also lists any missing or duplicate accounts.
After you click this option, select one of the following:

Select
Print Current Account Group Table to print an Account Group Table List. This lists displays the start and end accounts and other settings for each account group defined.

Select
 Print Active Group to print all account group table records currently active in the Account Group Table Info Center. The Account Group Table List displays start and end accounts and other settings for each account group defined.

Select
 Select Account Group Table to Print to use the Account Group Table lookup to select the account group table record that you want to print. The Account Group Table List shows start and end accounts and other settings for each account group defined.
If your firm uses the Deltek First Vision Essentials cloud version of Vision, the
Print option is not available. You can preview reports onscreen and then print the reports from the Preview window.

 Save
|
Click this option to save your entries on the Info Center form.

Click this option to display the online help.
