Schedule Depreciation Processing to Run at a Later Time

You can schedule depreciation processing to run at a future time (for example, after normal business hours).

To schedule depreciation processing to run at a later time, complete the following steps:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Asset Management > Depreciation Processing.
2. On the Depreciation Processing form, enter information for the depreciation processing run, such as whether to process depreciation for your GL book or additional books.
3. On the Depreciation Processing form toolbar, click Schedule.
4. On the General tab of the Schedule dialog box, enter information, including the name of the processing queue to use, the date and time after which to start depreciation processing, and whether or not you want Vision to send you an email alert when the depreciation processing successfully completes.
5. Click OK on the Schedule dialog box to save your entries and return to the Depreciation Processing form.
