Custom and Government (SF) Proposals

You can produce standard SF254, SF255, and SF330 proposals for U.S. government contracts, or use the Custom Proposals tool to create proposals that are tailored specifically to individual clients and opportunities.

You can create the following proposals using the Proposals application:

Proposals That You Can Create in Vision Description
SF254 Proposal SF254 is the "Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire" form. It is an annual statement of qualifications and performance data.
SF255 Proposal SF255 is the "Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire for Specific Project" form. It is a supplement to the SF254 form. Its purpose is to provide additional information regarding the qualifications of interested firms to undertake a specific federal project.
SF330 Proposal Federal government agencies in the United States use the SF330 "Architect-Engineer Qualifications" form to obtain information from architecture and engineering firms about their professional qualifications.
Custom Proposals You can design and produce custom proposals using Adobe InDesign or Microsoft Word.

Deltek provides sample merge templates created with Adobe InDesign (.indt files) and Microsoft Word (.rtf files). You can modify copies of the sample files to create custom templates or create merge templates from scratch.
