Proposals Overview

Project proposals are the principal tools that you use to sell your firm's services and win new business. Proposals contain all the information about your firm, your employees, and your previous work that prospective clients want to know before they award a contract.

The Proposals application streamlines the proposal production process, allowing you to create and track effective and winning proposals. You can use standard SF254, SF255, or SF330 proposal formats for government contracts, or use the Custom Proposals application to create proposals that are tailored specifically to individual clients and opportunities.

With Proposals, you can do the following:

  • Give proposal team members access to all relevant records in the Info Center, making it easier for the proposal team to locate and retrieve employee and consultant resumes, project experience data, graphics, company profiles, and narrative text.
  • Easily locate and select the appropriate Info Center records, such as employees and projects, to include in a proposal.
  • Centralize your proposals and the merge templates that are used to create the proposals, making it easy for proposal team members to retrieve and re-use existing proposal data and merge templates.
