Remove a User from a Role

You can remove a user or users from the role if their business functions change.

Prerequisite: Select an existing role.

To remove a user from a role, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Roles form, click the Access Rights tab.
  2. In the Functional Area field, select Users.
  3. In the Usernames for this Role column, select the names of the users that you want to remove from the group. To select multiple names, press the CTRL key while you select names.
  4. Click Remove. The selected users are moved from the Usernames for this Role column to the Available Usernames column.
  5. Click Save.
