Create Client Hierarchy Levels

You need to set up the number of parent levels that you intend to use within your hierarchy. For example, if you set up one parent level, you can create hierarchies consisting of a maximum of two levels, parent and client. You can set up a maximum of four parent levels, which allows for hierarchies of up to five total levels.

To create client hierarchy levels, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Configuration > General > Client Hierarchy.
  2. On the Client Hierarchy form, click Insert.
  3. Enter the description of the hierarchy level, which displays in Reporting.
  4. Enter a maximum of four descriptions for four parent levels.
  5. Click Save.
